Nancy (a/k/a Jersey girl) was born and raised in New Jersey and lived there until 2016. She was a paralegal for most of her life until she had enough of the 9-5 rat race. A friend convinced her to obtain her CDL, and soon after, she was driving a school bus (if you can believe that)! After her husband, Scott, received a job transfer, the couple, along with their son and three dogs, moved to the Baltimore, MD, area. There, Nancy found her dream job (before real estate, of course). She worked for three years in a dog daycare (Camp Bow Wow) and loved every minute of it (except for waking up at 4:30 am).
In 2018, after a hurricane thwarted their vacation plans to Key West, Nancy and Scott decided to try the Florida Panhandle. After less than one week, they were hooked! They purchased a brand new vacation condo and returned to Maryland with dreams of moving to Panama City Beach within a few years.
Eight months later, after stumbling on a deal they “couldn’t pass up”, they packed up the family and moved to Panama City Beach. Talk about moving FAST!
Since settling in Panama City Beach, Nancy has started her own property management business AND obtained her real estate license, which was not in her future (or so she thought)! But, she jumped in head first and has not looked back. Nancy’s favorite part of being an agent is meeting new people and making new friends. Being a good agent means listening to your clients and getting to know them, spending time understanding their wants and needs, and providing the sometimes needed “hand holding” that will ultimately lead them to their dream home.
Give Nancy a call so she can help you find your perfect place at the beach!
